If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return the item within 15 days for a complete merchandise refund or exchange. Special orders are not refundable. Returns must be in unopened resalable and contain the original packing material, manuals and blank warranty cards.

• Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from customer service or a sales representative for any and all returns. To obtain your RA number simply call us at toll free 1-877-269-3117, M-F between 10AM-5PM EST.

• Do NOT send any returned items to our corporate headquarters. We will supply you with a mailing location when you receive your RA (Return Authorization) number.
